Medical Anthropologist – Health Research Scientist
Dr. Besterman-Dahan is a qualitative researcher with a background in medical anthropology and nutrition. Currently, she has work underway to evaluate innovative approaches for reintegration and retention of veterans into postsecondary education setting. Her research interests include women’s health as well as spiritual and cultural issues related to health.
