Jolie Haun, PhD, EdS
Dr. Haun's interdisciplinary approach to research focuses on health communication and promotion. Her current research at the VA is in ehealth and health literacy; and psychometric development and evaluation. Dr. Haun has expertise in using mixed qualitative and quantitative methodologies in clinical research and translating outcomes into health promotion and marketing and multi-media education strategies. Her program of research focuses on the development and evaluation of targeted interventions for veterans and their caregivers to promote empowerment and participation in individualized health care to improve health-related outcomes.
